After the successful acquisition of Clarity Systems by IBM, Frank’s passion for performance management persisted. Throughout his career, Eric has advised iconic organizations on SPM transformations with a value-centric approach, focused on solving real customer challenges and uncovering process optimization opportunities. Committed to pushing innovation boundaries, Eric collaborates closely with industry experts and customers to deliver impactful solutions to the market.
